Nathaniel brings nearly twenty years of experience supporting individuals in educational, community, and home settings. After a decade teaching in Norway at an outdoor-focused preschool, he continued his work in direct support roles — including evening care for an adult with CP, community connections in Colorado, and several years as a host-home provider. Since 2021, he has lived on-site as the owner and operator of Affinity Alaska, offering consistent support and a calm, structured home environment. His approach emphasizes dignity, gentle encouragement, and helping each person do what they can for themselves, while providing support when it’s genuinely needed.
